Delivered by Community Help Hertfordshire at the Jackmans Community Centre, Ivel Court, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 2NL, every Wednesday from 10am until 12pm. 

At your local community supermarket, you’ll find a wide range of healthy food options and everyday essentials—all at lower prices. 

If you’re finding things tough or struggling with the cost of your weekly shop, you are welcome there. They believe no one should have to go without the essentials, and their friendly team is ready to help. 

Everything in-store is priced at £1 or under, and you can pick up to 20 items per visit.

Shopping is on a membership basis, which includes a small fee of £2 per visit. However, thanks to the Household Support Fund, the membership fee is waived for your first 8 visits, so you would just pay for your shopping. 

Please note registration is necessary before your first visit.

Their friendly team is there to support you beyond food. Feel free to chat with them whilst you’re there for help connecting to other services.
