Meet the team

Our team is made up of an amazing group of staff and volunteers. Everyone undergoes extensive training appropriate for their role! You don’t have to train to give advice in order to volunteer with us. We have many different roles available – we have volunteers who help with administration, office maintenance, fundraising or by sharing our posts on social media. All our trustees are volunteers too. We welcome people from all walks of life – no matter what your age or background we can usually find a role to suit you so please get in touch.

Chantel Hayward

Vice Chair

I am Vice Chair of CANH. I have worked in HR for the last 15 years, in organisations within the not for profit, private and public sector and presently work for a marketing and advertising agency. Through my role with CANH, I am able to support a charity that I am passionate about, have myself used and is part of my local community. I enjoy being able to also support the team through work on culture, engagement, policy and wellbeing initiatives, as well as part of our Trustee Board and Commitee Meetings. Our work has a huge impact and makes a significant difference to the lives of the clients we serve in our community and it is great to be part of such a fantastic and committed team of Trustees, staff and volunteers.
