We’re pleased to share the Letchworth Research Report; a research study involving local residents and those who work in the Letchworth community.  We asked people to share their experiences of living and working in Letchworth, together with their views on what they like most about Letchworth, what’s important to them and what they might change.

We would like to thank all those that took part in the research report – the volunteer researchers, the residents, and the professionals who gave their time to this report.

What Citizens Advice North Herts plans to do next….

• Develop a Letchworth wide campaign to reach those in our community that are ‘Just About Managing’ to ensure they know there is help and support available.
• Focus initially on one area in the report to pilot different ways of working to create earlier more targeted support to those most in need.
